Yes, all Lexor pedicure spas include a comprehensive limited warranty covering parts and structural components. Specific durations vary by model, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
What shipping methods do you use for large equipment?
Large equipment and salon furniture are shipped via professional LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. We offer curbside delivery as standard, with optional white-glove inside delivery available for an additional fee.
Are your pedicure bowls pipe-free for sanitation?
Absolutely. Lexor utilizes advanced pipe-less whirlpool technology and Eco-jet systems designed to prevent bacteria buildup and ensure the highest hygiene standards for your clients.
What is your return policy for salon furniture?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-built spa chairs are non-refundable once production has begun.
