Please note that custom-built spa chairs and hygiene-sensitive accessories may be subject to specific restocking fees or exclusion policies.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original crate or box with all protective padding, manuals, and components to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship via a major freight carrier, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for original condition, we will process your refund or credit minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
